Gavin Morton 
Morton + Lee Insolvency is lead by Gavin Morton, principal of the firm. Gavin has 30 years insolvency experience, having commenced his career in 1991. Since that time Gavin has held senior management and partner positions in several “mid-tier” accounting firms including Grant Thornton, Horwath Sydney Partnership and PKF Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors.
Gavin was granted registration as a registered liquidator in January 2006 and as an official liquidator in February 2006. He obtained his professional qualification as a Certified Practising Accountant in 2004 and professional practising certificate from CPA Australia in 2005.
Leon Lee
Leon is a certified practising accountant, registered liquidator and registered trustee in bankruptcy with over 18 years insolvency experience.
For over a decade, Leon has held senior management positions and has previously worked overseas for investment banks. He has extensive experience working for national firms specialising in corporate and personal insolvency, particularly recovering voidable transactions in bankruptcy.
Leon brings empathy to the insolvency process which is essential during a high stress time.
